The Get Healthy Campaign, run by Kaplan University School of Health Sciences, asks everyone to join in and make a pledge to get healthy. Here is a page, with plenty of links to help you to find tips and actions to help improve your health, mind and body. You can track your progress and take the weekly challenge. It is a great and fun way for anybody to take charge of their health, with information on nutrition, fitness, meditation, and stress relief, as well the importance of ergonomics. I recommend this page to anyone who wants a better quality of life but is busy like the rest of us.
